At Profotonet, you can choose from over 40 new cover colours to design an attractive, unique and personalised cover for your photo book. With the new cover colours, you can put together your photo book just the way you like it – and ensure the result is a real eye-catcher!

You could, for instance, go for a rugged Western look with the colours Canyon Red or Scorpio Black. Have something to celebrate? Make your photo book dazzling with the colours Unicorn Pink and Golden Sunset from the Sparkle Collection. Types of covers

The possibilities for our photo book covers are (practically) endless! Besides being able to choose a photo cover or Plexiglass cover, you can also take your pick from a large number of new cover options. Opt for a cover wrapped in leather, linen, vinyl or suede. It is also possible to personalise your photo book with laser-engraved text or embossing. You’ll find additional information about this at the bottom of the page – but first we’d like to tell you more about our new collections.

Embossing on photo books

We offer two possibilities for personalising your cover. The first option you can choose is embossing. Embossing means that lead dies shaped like letters are stamped into the material to create raised text, either with or without metallic foil (available in the colours gold and silver). This can be done on virtually all cover materials, with the exception of the Royal Collection, photo covers and Plexiglass covers. It is, however, possible to emboss on the Royal Collection without foil. There is only one font available for embossing. 

Laser-engraved text on a photo book

The other possibility is laser-engraved text. Would you like a text in a particular font or perhaps an original design on the cover? In that case, you should choose laser engraving. This means we will use a laser to engrave your text and/or design into the material of the cover. Laser engraving is not possible on all covers. Under each cover colour, we have indicated whether or not that colour is suitable for laser engraving.
